1 General Terms & Conditions

Tkbd1 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions serve as a legal agreement between tkbd1 and its members.

By using any tkbd1 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use our platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. tkbd1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and members will be notified in advance of any changes.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Tkbd1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time at its sole discretion.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Account Register

To create an account on tkbd1, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false information will result in account closure and any funds held may be forfeited.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. While multiple members of the same household may maintain separate accounts, operating more than one account from the same device or IP address may be flagged as suspicious.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• A copy of a national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Keeping your password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to tkbd1 support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Requirements & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register on tkbd1. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Age verification is carried out during registration, and tkbd1 may request a national ID in cases of doubt.

• The account holder must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until age verification is completed.
• Tkbd1 may request age verification documents at any time.

4 Deposits & Payments

Tkbd1 currently supports deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may change from time to time and will be updated on the promotions page.

All deposits are processed in BDT and are typically credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our support team with your transaction reference.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If the conditions for receiving a bonus after a deposit are not met, the bonus may be forfeited.
• For suspicious transactions, tkbd1 may request additional documentation for verification.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from tkbd1 require a fully verified (KYC) account. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. For urgent cases, contacting support may result in faster processing.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are not available on unverified accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

6 Bonus & Promotion Rules

Accepting a bonus means you agree to fulfill the associated wagering requirements. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before any withdrawal can be made.

• Every bonus offer has an expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Tkbd1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Multiple bonuses may not run concurrently; one bonus may need to conclude before another can be activated.
• In any bonus-related dispute, tkbd1's decision shall be considered final.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games on tkbd1 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Once a bet is confirmed in live betting or Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bet outcomes depend on the results of actual events.

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, tkbd1 reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets. tkbd1 is not liable for any losses resulting from an internet connection failure.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Any attempt at match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure.
• Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fairness.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Tkbd1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons. If an account is closed, the member will be notified via email or app notification.

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse or fraudulent exploitation of the bonus system.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to breach or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Abusive behavior toward other members or staff.

Valid withdrawal requests will still be processed after an account is closed, pending completion of any investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Dispute Resolution

• An initial response is usually provided within 3 business days of receiving a complaint.
• Complex matters may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• Tkbd1's decisions are final — however, an appeals process is available.
• Applicable laws of Bangladesh shall govern the resolution of any disputes.

12 Terms Update Policy

Tkbd1 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance via app notification or email.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may request to close your account.
